Robert Benke

Bob Benke is President of Community Resource Partnership, Inc. Previously, Bob served the Minnesota DOT for 35 years. His last position was Director, Office of Research and Strategic Services and a member of the Commissioner’s Executive Team. Bob is a registered professional engineer in Minnesota and holds BCE and MCE degrees from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of NSPE & ASCE and is a Fellow in ITE. Bob’s research career includes service as Chair of the AASHTO Region III Research Advisory Committee, member of the AASHTO Standing Committee on Research and member of the TRB Conduct of Research Committee. Bob received the 1997 AASHTO President’s Award for Research and the U of Minnesota CTS’s 2003 Richard P. Braun Distinguished Service.
