Glenn Siders

Glenn Siders is Vice President of Property Development for SouthGate Development Services in Iowa City, where he has over 25 years of experience. Prior to his employment with SouthGate, Mr. Siders served as Senior Building Inspector for the City of Iowa City. In 1982, he was appointed by Governor Ray to the Iowa State Building Code Advisory Council, where he served as chair from 1984-2007. Mr. Siders been a member of the North Liberty City Council, the NL Planning and Zoning Commission, is past chair of the Iowa City Land Development Council and the IC Area Chamber of Commerce, former board member of the IC Area Development Group and the IC Home Builders Association. He is a registered Journeyman with the State of Iowa. In 2009, he was elected as 2nd Vice President to the Home Builders of Iowa State Board. He will serve as President of the Board in 2012
