Bio
Doug Lee is a senior transportation planner and principal investigator at the Volpe Center, the U.S. Department of Transportation’s applied contract research center. The Center conducts transportation studies for various government agencies, including those within the DOT. Dr. Lee’s projects involve applications of benefit-cost analysis, pricing, statistical modeling, and program evaluation. Dr. Lee received a Ph.D., Master’s in Regional Planning and B.A in Architecture from Cornell University.
