SPRI Students Recognized in OVPR's Dare to Discover Campaign

Two 2020 Summer Policy Research Institute (SPRI), Brant Walker and Abbigail Denner were highlighted in the Office of the Vice President for Research's (OVPR) annual "Dare to Discover" campaign. The campaign showcases researchers, scholars, and creators across the University of Iowa. Their and other profiles can be found here.

Walker and Denner were part of the inaugural SPRI session. The mission of SPRI is to develop a model for exposing students to academic research through a mentored, team-based experience. This program is part of the University’s Path Forward Strategic Plan Engagement Work Group initiative to provide more students with high-impact, meaningful experiences outside the classroom.
